It's not through your phone.....though I DO wonder what the difference is


between using your phone as a hot spot for 5G and subscribing to Wireless 5G internet.

Essentially, you get a small electronic device installed in your house that's 5G connected to the closest cell tower. It's your modem, essentially, and then from that you WiFi to the house. Maybe the difference is that the 'modem' is registered differently and not only never data caps, but also is never subject to slow downs? Or has a more powerful signal than even your cell? I'm not sure on those things, so that's why I'm asking.
